Not great

Very poor quality product and not as pictured. Customer service was good and offered me options including partial refund.

Solid but not great finish

Overall the wine rack is strong and satisfactory but looks unfinished as the top (and bottom) have visible recessed screw holes. I would have thought there should have been a timber plug for these as it detracts from the look and is the first thing anyone notices. Maybe they were missing in my package?

Average experience

Order took around 20 days to arrive, and although I understand it was peak season for orders and it was coming from over east to get to Perth, pretty slow delivery compared to other services. Box arrived safely, but no written instructions (luckily I could find them online) but with 2 bolts and one piece of the steel frame missing, had to spend a few hours trying to get something to replace them from my local bunnings. Overall, the wine rack looks good once assembled.

What a great product

I purchased the 25 bottle Diamond Cube, think I would try one and see how it was. It is a fantastic wine rack, and looks really stylish. I’ve now got my next Fathers Day and Birthday presents sorted out, as I’ll definitely be needing another couple, maybe three.

Nothing to wine about really

I’m happy with the finished product but there were no instructions in the box and the wood was quite dusty. Once I found some similar instructions online and gave it a good clean it came up ok.
