Very happy with the product; holds wine well and looks nice. Does not take up a ton of space.

We are happy with our wine rack. It is compact enough so doesn’t take up too much space while holding a generous amount of wine. It could be improved upon by adding a stand to elevate it off the ground and by attaching the bottle neck protectors in a more permanent way as they pop off fairly easily.

Let me start by saying we love the Wine Rack. We purchased this in July and I waited to leave this review to make sure the Wine Rack was as good as advertised.

The first rack showed up assembled and damaged and that is not King's Bottle fault as it looks like UPS dropped it off the back of the truck and so I don't dock them for the inconvenience.

The complaint is that no matter HOW many times I called and HOW many times I left voicemails (it was 6 in 3 days if you are counting) NO one from Kings Bottle called me back. They would send some canned text and I would say "call me" and no one would. I had several questions such as: Do I send this broken one back? Is someone picking it up? Do I need to take photos? where do I send the photos?
After escalating the issue I am happy to say that the sales team sent me email and were extremely responsive - EVEN on weekends and they were willing to work around a vacation I had planned so the delivery would not be sitting on on the front porch for a week.

The unit itself a very attractive, holds the 100 bottles as promised and is very secure. The finish is good and can hold the larger Pinot/Champagne shaped bottles on the top shelf. It fits nicely against the wall and the Cherry Mahogany finish helps accent our Dining Room Table and Hutch.

The only advise for Kings Bottle - not all your customers are Text/Email centric and the personal response of a reassuring voice goes a long way even - if it means a 5 minute phone call.

We had inherited an older 110 bottle timber wine rack several years ago. We were very pleased to find the exact same rack new. It’s a perfect match and easy to assemble.

My purchase arrived as promised and it was exactly as described on line. I would not hesitate to order from them again
