Your order will be delivered by a courier from our warehouse located in Sydney.
It's important to note that many logistics companies, including TNT's Technology Sensitive Express service, do not offer services for moving large items into the house and placing them where needed, typically providing delivery to the ground floor only, utilizing a Tail Lift Truck & Pallet Jack.
While many of our customers opt to handle moving the fridges into their homes themselves or through a removal company, you can also explore local assistance via https://www.serviceseeking.com.au/.
For our valued customers in the Sydney metro area, we offer an optional White-Glove Service, available upon request and within our shipping area. Please note that scheduling this service typically requires 2-3 weeks. With our White-Glove Service, our delivery team will not only bring the fridge into your home but also unpack it and position it as per your request, all for an additional cost of $100. However, if you require the fridge to be transported upstairs or downstairs, there will be a fee of $50 per floor, payable directly to the delivery team.
- At KingsBottle, we love our products and want you to do the same. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We kindly request that all returns and exchanges be in their original, unused condition, with all components included, and in the complete original unopened packaging. Upon inspection by our warranty team to verify these conditions, a refund will be issued, to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- KingsBottle will not charge you any restocking fee, we charge you only the actual shipping cost for outbound and returns.
- If your purchase has been with you for more than 14 days, remains unused, in its original packaging, and with all its original components, KingsBottle will accept the return and deduct a 25% Restocking Fee.
- The Restocking Fee is deduced from the Original Invoice Total Paid to KingsBottle (less shipping costs).
- Additionally, KingsBottle will only charge the actual outbound and return shipping costs.
- Purchases older than 60 days meeting the above conditions, need additional pre-approval for possible return.
- For personalized, customized and special orders, orders of parts, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged or was customized incorrectly. We must be informed within 5 days of receipt that the item is damaged or defective.
- If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange within 14days of receiving your order.
- If an items is received damaged it should be refused or appropriately noted as damaged prior to signing the Proof of Delivery courier document. Failure to do so limits the ability for KingsBottle to file a claim with the carrier and may result in the customer being responsible.
- Shipping cost will be paid for by Kingsbottle within 30 days for all defective or incorrect items. Damaged shipments are evaluated with the carrier and handled on a case by case basis.
- Shipping & Handling fees will only be refunded or paid for by Kingsbottle within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped, and is wholly the fault of KingsBottle or its couriers.
- Please remove all personal items or data before returning any products. We are not responsible for any personal items or data left in or on these items.
- If your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from BTO Australia (also known as KingsBottle), we CAN NOT accept your return. You MUST contact the retail store that you bought the item from. Please understand that when the order is placed with them and not directly with us we will not be able to look up your order and hence we will not able to replace, exchange or return the item.
- If your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, we do not offer an extended warranty policy. You MUST contact the retailer of purchase directly. In the event your retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, we recommend you contact a third party warranty provider. However, regardless of point of purchase, all KingsBottle fridges are backed by a TWO YEAR manufacturer's warranty from date of sale.
DISCLAIMER
- The manufacturer accepts no liability for any spoilage to the content of the refrigerator, not even when the device is within the warranty period. Similarly, the manufacturer accepts no liability for personal injury due to incorrectly stored goods, which are for personal consumption or resale.
- The parts (PCB board, temperature controller, fans, evaporator coils, condenser coils, compressor, shelves, etc) are for replacement on KingsBottle refrigerators only. We do not recommend these parts to be used for repair of other brand refrigerators, we can not guarantee the dimensions fit and the program works properly for other brand refrigerators. All parts are final sales, We don't accept returns, exchanges and refunds on any parts sold.
