HOW TO BUILD THE WINE RACKS

STEP 1: DETERMINE THE SIZE (DIAMETER) OF THE BOTTLES YOU WILL STORE

STEP 2: SPACING - DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE SPACING FOR YOUR BOTTLE STORAGE

A. CALCULATE THE HORIZONTAL SPACING


• Determine the size (diameter) of the bottles you will store.
• Use the formula X-26<B<X-18 or B+18<X<B+26,  where:
  B represents the diameter of the bottle.
  X represents the distance between the center of two poles (rods).
  
  IF X=90, it fits bottles which diameter between 64 to 72mm;
  IF X=100, it fits bottles which diameter between 74 to 82mm;
  IF X=102, it fits bottles which diameter between 76 to 84mm;
  IF X=105, it fits bottles which diameter between 79 to 87mm;
  

B. VERTICAL SPACING OPTIONS
Default vertical spacing Y=150mm;
If you want to maximum the bottle storage capacity of your space, we also have the option Y=120mm.

STEP 3: CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF COLUMNS AND ROWS OF HOLES

A. MEASURE THE SPACE DIMENSIONS:
Determine the width of the space as W.
Determine the height of the space as H.

B. Number of columns of holes: INT((W-30) / X), where X is the distance between the centers of two poles.

C. Number of rows of holes: INT((H-40)/ Y).
 

By following these calculations, you can determine the appropriate number of holes in width and heigh for your wine rack. When you place the order, please copy the following information and leave a message on the note.

1. Bottle diameter
2. Space width, height, and depth in mm
3. Number of rows of holes, Number of columns of holes
