I live in a rural community. I ordered 3 Wine Cubes with cross sections. The wrong product was shipped to me. The people that I contacted were very helpful and responsive and the correct product was shipped. However I had to take the incorrect shipment to a USPS location for return. These are very heavy and this was very inconvenient given where I live.
The shipment was also incomplete and I had to contact the company again in order to have them ahip the additional missing parts.
The product itself is good and easy to build.
We recently purchased the curved corner 24 bottle wooden rack, along with other King’s Bottle storage cubes. The quality is amazing! Once assembled, the cubes are easy connected and are study. The whole wine rack is beautiful and yet practical. We definitely recommend King’s Bottle storage cubes.
