Great customer service from the Kings Bottle team. I ordered this earlier and they were lovely enough to keep it for us until our new home was built. Bar fridge itself is great. i love that you can have two different temperatures for each side.

The wine and beer combo is a serious bit of kit, you can tell it is very high quality. It comes extremely well packaged in its own mini pallet. It's quiet, the controls are easy and the dual temp works well, you can get the beer very cold! Fast delivery.

The support from the main office with replacement of a faulty wine/beer combo fridge unit, under warranty, was very good. Responses were efficient with replacement process expedited as best possible. (Though end turnaround time was circa 5 weeks for receipt of our new unit, which was disappointing & inconvenient)
Otherwise staff support was VG.

The combination beer/wine fridge look and depth is good, it runs relatively quietly.
Issues:
- Wine shelving contains 4 fixed, equal spaces over 4 rows and larger section at the bottom. This sizing is suitable for a narrow bottle and so limits the overall capacity of the wine section.
- The door seal is very weak. Unless careful effort is taken with closing the doors they will not shut properly and the temperature will quickly rise. This is by far the most frustrating issue and it should not be a concern for a premium fridge.
- Beer/non-wine section is perfectly suitable and fit-for-purpose.
Ordering/Customer Service
- Oversold stock issue during sale period resulted in a significantly delayed product over Summer.
- Attempted to pay for an additional size up and they would not honour the same discount, this was following Black Friday so a refund leading to an alternative supplier was not possible.
- Very poor behaviour given Kingsbottle were the sole cause of the issue. It raises concerns over post-sales support if ever needed.

Fridge is great half with wine other half with beer
Great communications during delivery all went as per scheduled
This fridge replaced a kelvinator bar fridge and a Aldi wine fridge no condensation on outside like old fridges

Order was placed and within a 2 week period was delivered some 400kms away,
follow up was good

Having set the beer side to three degrees and let it sit for a few days, went to grab a beer. Was much warmer than expected. Instant probe said 7 degrees in the beer. Turned down to its minimum of 2 and got it down to 6.5C degrees.
I then put probes in each fridge. The wine was within a degree. The beer was 4 degrees off. Disappointing. This is after my first fridge was delivered faulty and waiting a month for a replacement end to end. The process of dealing with the return was handled well.

Looked at many different bar fridges and this stood apart as we really liked the dark finish to the inside of the fridge. Makes the overall look and finish to the unit so much nicer

Overall a great fridge, great service and fast delivery. I would give Kings Bottle service and delivery 5 stars.
I love the flexibility of dual doors with both sides having full temperature range, the design of the wine shelves lets it down. Slim (cab sauv/ sauv blanc/ riesling etc) bottles fit ok, but a lot of chardonnay, pinot noir and shiraz bottles are wider and are difficult to get in or out, unfortunately the position of the shelves isn’t adjustable.
