We bought 2xwine racks from Kings Bottle it arrived super fast however due bad handling by the delivery service some of the parts were damaged. When I let the customer service know about it without a hesitation these guys arranged to replace all the damaged items with out changing us any extra cost. Very happy with the communication. Wondering how I would best utilize a space for storing wines, I happened on the Kings Bottle website. After a chat with the helpful team, I settled on the dimensions that would best suit. I enjoyed assembling the unit myself and it fits perfectly. I now have a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing rack in which to store my wines.

Rack is of good quality and looks really good mounted and set into the wall. Please be careful, as stated this is 18mm thick, and the overall dimensions are different to 15mm thick units. Notably these are taller. Finish is fantastic, couldn't be happier.
It was definitely worth visiting their premises as opposed to simply ordering online as the expert advice we received made all the difference in the products we chose. We have yet to install the racks as we are renovating the wine cellar but I am sure they will be fit for purpose

Needed a specific size to fit into a stand-in pantry under the stairs, and it didn’t disappoint. Very happy with how much storage we got from it and how it adds visually to the space. Chose to build them ourselves. Arrived quickly and after sales service to change wall pinning accessory was excellent. Highly recommend.
